group lessons for adults
Adult Group Lessons Complete Beginner (1.0 - 2.0 Level)
Beginning (1.0-1.5): For students with little to no previous tennis instruction.
- Students will learn: rules of the game, forehands, backhands, and serves.
- Results of these lessons: be able to participate in rallies and point play with Green Balls (75% of the speed/bounce of standard yellow balls) using good form.
- With successful completion of this level we recommend players to move onto Adult Advanced Beginner Lessons.
Adult Group Lessons Advanced Beginner (2.0 - 2.5 Level)
Advanced Beginning (2.0-2.5): For those who can participate in rallies and point play with Green Balls using good form.
- Students will learn volleys, overheads, and basic singles/doubles strategy in addition to improving upon previously learned skills.
- Results of these lessons: students should be able to begin playing matches using standard yellow balls and be somewhat consistent with changing pace and direction of their shots.
